Listen to your Heart ...

Definitely it is not a style of decolletage from a enfant terrible, but a rather personal, and closer touch to my heart...

True Love: A Practice for Awakening the Heart 1

Title: True Love: a practice for awakening the heart.
Author: Thich Nhat Hanh

"We must not get caught in the trap of notions and concepts," which includes what is right or wrong, concept of birth and death, concept of being and non being, concept of permanance.

" We are afraid of everything-- of our death, of being alone, of change-- and the practice of Mindfulness helps us to touch nonfear.

In the book, Master Hanh, illustrates that there are four elements of True Love: Understanding, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity / Freedom.

Nhat Hanh is always good, and poetic, at seeing the deep in the ordinary: how the ring of a telephone can be a call to awareness, how the waste material of human fear and pain can be composted—transformed—into flowers of understanding and hope.

御岳山: A Zen Retreat

It was an escape for me from all suffering that should not occur in mundane life;
however, as I tried to find the nature of mind or the perfectness,
the zen master demanded us to let go of whatever we try to grasp,
including our ego,
and our thinking mind.
In Western Culture,
we call it True Love, or God,
in Buddhism,
we call this Selfless Compassion !

To be born in the Pure Land ....

 Have you ever learned....?

Words from a friend: " My sweet babe, have you ever learned??
Catch the first moment of intuition, be sensitive, keep distance from every coast to coast manipulating opportunitist that you will never know how to play with........., while there is no emotion and sincerity involved....the only two things left are:
Sadness and Depair . "
I Replied: "  I do believe emotion and sincerity do coexist, I shall remain Caring, Loving and Compassionate! "

Fire and Ice ....

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
