It is the oldest wine I have ever tasted, as it stimulated my appetite .....and brought  me to the  highest ecstasy in the evening.
Yes, it was a wonderful experience, since I  was  staggeringly enchanted by its multi-layers of fragrance and delicate taste.

The 2009 De Latour is a young wine, but wonderful ! Angel's rating 96

At Lawry's : Happy Father's Day !

At Lawry's Prime Rib Taipei :

10 Oz Vertical Thick Cut is the best choice with the accompanied of a bottle of a good French Red.
Although it is not a good year of harvest for red wine in Bordeaux,
Chateau Cos D' Estournel actually did not disappoint me.

Angel Rating 92 .  Parker Rating: 92
It has a dense Fruity fragrance of plum and blackcurrant.
Absolutely no acidity and tannin taste, although a bit bitter at times...
Delicate, smooth, but not a full body red...
It is  a wonderful young red wine with no pressure of pricing considering a prestigious brand name.

I Love its High Ceiling, grand decorated mirrors,  and Large Paintings in this Restaurant,where projects an English tradition classical noble atmosphere.
Desserts are not their specialties I would add, because it did not match the quality of its steak ....

Gourmet in Taipei : Naverland




I think this is the only good gourmet restaurant up in Tien Mu Area ....
When I first heard of this name, 
I immediately thought of the Never Never Land in Peter Pan.
Although the restaurant itself does not represent any bit of animation,
as soon as I stepped into its garden and bakery area, 
I can sense the fragrance of exoticism and delicacy ! 


人少少的,綠意挑高的大窗,
還有精緻美味的歐式料理,
獨家烘焙的麫包糕點;
很適合慵懶的午後,及
星月高掛的夜晚...

今天的龍蝦湯魚翅好入味。。。
豎琴鋼琴與2008法國紅酒很相稱...
有點年軽...,應該明年過後再開來喝。
回憶起小時候嚐到香檳冰沙的興奮~~~

I did feel like sitting at the conner of New York City...., or Paris....
看完喜劇 "The Importance of Earnest " ,想要很放縱的享受法國風情...
我們坐在明亮落地窗的大門旁,
來來往往的人潮每五分鐘就對它門前的menu 無比的好奇。。。
創意淡雅美麗的前菜,鮑魚蘆筍,火腿干貝,令人驚艷;
的甜點法式port cherry crepe 及創意Taramisu Crepe , 都好棒。
挻希望他們用有質感的桌巾;燈光別打那麼強,刺眼的~~~~
主食,還待進步! 
House Wine,不錯...
服務親切,還有位中文說很好的法國女仕主管,來為我們介紹..
很開心!

Beautifully presented !! I always think these colorful deserts were made for displayed, to appreciate in your eyes, not for tasting ...
